7teen!

It's the same routine every year. As a year passes by, we get older by one year. As for me, I turned 17 last Saturday! I feel very much loved every year especially during my birthday, but this year, I feel more loved than the previous years. The feeling is pretty much indescribable. I don't need a prestigious place to hold my birthday party at, a simple gathering with my loved ones at my home sweet home defines perfection for me. :)

The day before my birthday, which was on the 23rd, Lee Yang's family and mine went for dinner at Fukutei, Bandar Bharu to celebrate his triumph in getting straight A's for PMR! I knew he could do it! :) And somehow to celebrate my pre-birthday too. No cakes and confetti, just a birthday song.

My beloved daddy and mummy whom I can't live without. :)

By far my favourite Japanese restaurant!

Lee Yang and his family. I believe our relationship with his family won't ever fade off. :)

For more pictures at Fukutei (i.e the food), they are all up on Facebook. Scroll till the bottom for the link. You better do! MUST finish reading this blog post. Teehee.

And then, on my big day, it was party time! We decided to have pot luck. Daddy and mummy prepared curry chicken, ABC soup and steamed prawns with red wine. My whole house was brightly lit up, accompanied by the colourful tiny lights on the christmas tree. It was such a beautiful sight to look at. Wei Khit came to my house earlier at around 11 to help out with the shopping at Tesco and the preparation at home. Although we did not help much. Hee. We only helped to remove the skin of the potatoes and prepared the tomatoes for the soup. And then! I decided to let him be my maid for at least a day. Hehehe. I did not even move an inch from my bed and instructed him to do almost everything. Oops! Hehehe. And then... When the clock striked 6, I could hear the doorbell ringing already! Lee Yang's family reached first. I was still bathing by then. When I was all prepared, clad in a short pants and the shirt WK bought for me as my birthday present, I went downstairs. But it was weird enough for mummy to ask me to pick up Poofie's poo outside on my birthday. -.- And she seemed a tad bit weird that day. As in, her behaviour towards me. Lol. I sensed something fishy by then but still didn't have the slightest clue about what was happening behind my back. She rushed me upstairs to fetch my iPad because kononnya my aunts wanted to see our Bali pictures. And when I entered my room... KYAAAAAA!!!!! LEE XIN ER HAD SNEAKILY SNEAKED INTO AKU PUNYA ROOM AND HID AT A CORNER AND SCARED THE HELL OUT OF AKU. Okay, the story was like this...

On Whatsapp...

Me : Love, wanna come to my house on my birthday? We are just having a small family gathering with lots of food.
Xin Er : Huh... Who else is going?
Me : So far only WK though.
Xin Er : All your families ah. Don't want lah. Paiseh leh.
Me : Aiyo no need to paiseh one. I will accompany you one.
Xin Er : I got family gathering on that day also. Sorry. :(
Me : Really cannot come meh? :(
Xin Er : Ya.. Sorry ya love. Sorry that I can't make it...
Me : Haih it's okay lah! :(

A few days later...

Xin Er : Love, I am really sorry that I can't make it lo. Are you disappointed?
Me : Kind of, but I understand la. You have family gathering right? It's okay..
Xin Er : Really really sorry lo.
Me : No problem!

She said sorry for countless times. -.- Here's more!

And most importantly, sorry for not being able to make it :( ... You understand right?

*smirks* Of course I understand why! AHAHAHAHAHA.

Look at her face! And that was me still recovering from the after-shock. WK was laughing his heart out as well because they both pakat-ed and succeeded into cheating me. -.-

Okay lah, you still deserve a hug for coming.

Huggies!

Wei Khit and I! ♥

Third aunt and second aunt! They both so pretty right. Y I NO as pretty as them. T_T

Nom nom nom.

Orang yang berjaya pada hari itu.

Wei Khit feeling tired after helping out. Thanks sweetie! ♥

My birthday cake! Thanks Wei Khit and Xin Er for buying this! I LOVE YOU GUYS! MUAHHHH! Teehee!

Wow the cake is actually pretty huge.

A Flurry of Activities

Lots of things have happened within this week. This week's schedule was pretty hectic for me. At last, today, which is on Sunday, I get to menikmati a whole day at home doing nothing. Okay, I tried studying yeah. And managed to read some stuffs. Woo! >_>

Okay, so first, on Friday, which was on the 15th of July 2011, I followed our school for a visit to Taylor's College at Subang and Taylor's Lakeside Campus. Yeah, two places in a day. Although the visit to the lakeside campus was kind of lame since we only went there for lunch. Lol.

Darling and I!

We were taught Chromatography which is a part of SAM's Chemistry lesson. We were given the chance to write whatever we want on a piece of chromatograph paper (if that's what it's called) and then soak it partially in 1% sodium chloride, NaCl solution. Then the magic happens! Okay, maybe not magic after all. The NaCl solution is absored by the paper and then the colour will be dispersed. My LYODTS turned out like this :

Which looked like an inverted tulip. (according to Menon) :)

Wee! Y rocks the world!

Then, on the next day, which was yesterday or 16th or Saturday, I went to Taylor's Lakeside Campus again! For an Accounting Quiz with Low, Xiao Yan, Wendy and Shu Fen (I don't know how to spell her name. Siew Fen?)

Sadly, none of us won any prizes. The competition was too tough. Lots of PJ and KL schools. And true enough, Sri KL got 4 prizes. D: But congratulations to them la! :D

And theeeen, after the competition, I was hesitating if I should go to Bon Odori or not since I've missed that event for a few years already and obviously I missed it! I missed eavesdropping on people's conversation to hear if they are Japanese or not. I'm too free, I know. Well, can't be blamed though since we had to queue up for like almost 1 hour for food. D:

I forgot to patah balik to this store to buy ice-cream which was really UGH for me. -.-

Yeah, I forgot to mention that I went with Wei Khit and Jeremy. It was a really last-minute decision. Lol. We made the decision like.. 1 hour before the event started. :)

Yakiudon. For RM8. Too salty. I could actually feel a few strands of my hair falling off on the spot already. *hiperbola* Okay, it's not that bad actually. Lol. Just a tad bit too salty for us.

While Wei Khit and I were queuing up for takoyaki, Jeremy wandered around to hunt for drinks and he bought this. This was the cutest drink I've ever seen I tell you. The cap is actually made of a little glass ball and you have to press it WITH LOTS OF EFFORT, MIND YOU. And then it will POP! fall into the bottle and it will turn out like the picture above. Then you're free to play with it! Teehee. Oh, it's RM6. :) Worth it, worth it. But too bad Jeremy only bought 2 bottles and when we went back for more, they're all sold out. -.- Bleh.

Takoyaki! Octopus one though. :( I trusted WK who said you won't feel the octopus inside and walloped the whole ball into my mouth and I soon felt something hard and octopus-like in my mouth and went hysterical. -.- I'm never eating takoyaki anymore. :( And uhhh, I forgot the price. Lol.

Woopsie, the picture's terbalik. But anyway, this udon wasn't that bad. RM8. :)

Muahaha, appropriate shirt is appropriate I tell you. I LOVE JAPAN! I was practically strutting around showing off. Okay, I didn't. Teehee.

Hahahaha this picture had a very funny story behind it. WK offered to hold the fans (or maybe he just wanted his hand in the picture LOL) and so I decided to play a fool with him. After taking the picture, I lied to him that the picture was too blurry and said that I would like to take a few more. He held his hands out until his hand was shaking because too xeng. OH HOW MUCH I LAUGHED! WAHAHAHA EVIL ME. Well it can't be helped.

Look at the scary amount of humans! I could barely breathe. *hiperbola* The amount of people increased a lot, I must say.

LOL HAHAHAHA. This was really silly too. WK gege stretched his hand out and patted Jeremy but in fact, he was sticking this Tuna sticker on his shirt and of course, Jeremy who was too busy eating didn't notice it. But he sure did notice the people around staring at him with weird looks. MUAHAHA.

Both of them dancing and hence, the blurry picture. WK was the hyper one though. ;)

Next week will be another tideous week! Blehhhh.

Triumphant April

So!!! What did you guys do during April's Fool yesterday? Had fun pranking your friends?

Okay, that question was really unnecessary since my readers are the ones I meet in school every weekday. Haha, but anyway! This year's April's Fool was the most successful one for me I guess. :P I did not prank many people for the previous years but this year, I succeeded in pranking around.... 7 people I guess? Okay, lousy I know, but an unbelievable achievement for me who practically burst into laughter even before finishing my prank. D:

Low, of course, was the easiest to prank. Who doesn't know that right? Lol. No offence, Low. :P

Below are a few incidents with Low.

Incident 1

Me : Eh! Where's your metal badge?!
Low : *looks down to her pinafore and looks up again immediately with a murderous stare*

Incident 2

Me : Eh! The price for wedges has been increased! Man, it sounds so odd in English. Anyway, I said "Eh! Wedges 起价了!"
Low : Really?! How much??
Me : RM 2!! So expensive right?
Low : Huh?? So expensive!
Me : No lah, April's Fool!
Low : *drops down on the table*

Incident 3

Me : *while walking* Eh! Be careful! Got water on the floor!
Low : *sways gracefully* Oooooohhh~!
Me : No la, where got.
Low : Ahhhhhhhhhh!!

Then at night during Accounts' tuition, my excellent suddenly useful brain gave me the idea to prank my friends again! Pranked Wendy, Lee, Ding, Tommy, Wei Khit and Bhavan. Wei Khit's wasn't considered really successful though. :(

Me to everyone stated above : Eh! You know or not, Mr. Sugu pengsan!
Almost everyone's response : *eyes enlarges* HAH?! Really?
Lee : Jom! Let's go home!
Tommy : Tuition canceled?
Bhavan after realising it was a fool : Losers la you guyssss.

TEEHEEE. :D

On a sad and depressing side note, I have oral next week. Awww man. :(

Same Old Me

I haven't been blogging for quite some time now but I'm still the same old me. So if you can bare with this randomness, continue reading! :D

School had started on Monday after a few days of break during CNY and yet it was only Low and I who attended to school. Weren't you guys excited to go to school after one week of holidays? Come on! Okay, I wasn't too. Lol. I just had to attend school because I didn't want Mummy to start nagging at me about my attendance. :P I guess I've improved pretty much since last year because I am only absent to school twice this month. Isn't that impressive?! :D Plus, once was because I was sick. XD

Well but still, school was kind of different when Wendy came back! HOORAYYY! You know why? Because the empty seat beside us has now found its owner! And we don't have to worry about who's sitting alone this week, next week and so on. PLUSSSS! It's great having Wendy back to tell us all her grandmother stories in Turkey. So interesting and funny! Especially all the bad words and hand signs she learnt back. Lol, what exactly did you learn there huh Wendy? :P Anyway, glad she's back and hope everything will go back to normal for you (the homework you have to catch up with) soon. XD

Hmm so, just to tell you guys that we bought a new camera, Sony one. Gold colour because that's the only colour left besides silver. I think its quality is not bad, since it's HD but you'll have to make sure that you do not shiver or else you'll have to change the setting to the anti-vibrate system or something like that.

Here are two pictures I took with that camera, since I was so bored after cleaning up my room on Saturday (the day when my friends came) but too bad, no one entered my room to see my effort except Lee. LOL, it didn't change much though. Although I worked my ass off tidying it up but it still looked the same to me. Oh well. D: I guess I'm just a noob at tidying up rooms.

Before posting the pictures, I would like to say that I am REALLY VERY THANKFUL AND GRATEFUL to Mummy and Daddy! They really helped me A LOT, as in A LOT, almost everything on Saturday. Without them, I don't think that gathering would be a success. Because daddy woke up EARLY in the morning to buy steamboat food (because those obasans would whallop everything if we don't get there before them, they're scary, trust me), prepared everything, cooked the soup and all. Mummy helped too! She helped to prepare the food, especially. Oh, daddy took his time to buy new bowls, steamboat pot and spoons. You know what? We did everything last minute, even buying a new TV and TV cabinet. :P The new TV wasn't bought for Saturday though. Lol. Because the TV upstairs died, we had to buy a new one and place the TV downstairs upstairs. :D The TV cabinet arrived on Saturday morning itself. XD Oh forgot to say, Mummy cleaned everything up too and took all the pictures. If she didn't force us to take pictures I don't think we would take also. XD I LOVE YOU BOTH, MUMMY AND DADDY!! <3

Anyway, here are the pictures. :)

Just trying out the Panaroma feature. Fun! :D

THIS. Was 100% random. Heh. :)

Till then, bye!

PS : I really REALLY hope they would cancel this time's monthly test. The reason is simple, because I'm lazy. :P

Holidays

Hmm I guess today I'll be out with mummy the whole day so if you see me in town don't be shocked! *joking* We'll be going to Klang Sentral later to fetch grandma home and then Jusco will be our next stop as I wanna buy books. =) To be precise, a novel. I had seen Ding reading the Shopaholic series and they look interesting to me so I've decided to give it a try! But firstly I'll but Confessions of a Shopaholic. There are so many versions that I don't know which one to buy. Well, let's see which one's available in the book shop then.

As Ding had said, it's for light reading so I suppose it would be just nice for my holidays.

And speaking about holidays, next Tuesday will be the last day for me in school! MUAHAHAHA soooo happy!

Oh, yesterday I had discovered something terrible. HORRIBLE!!! Wendy Tan, I'm still sulking over it till now. Are you? Do you know what happened to our Add Math? Okay, the story's like this. We were required to answer 4 questions out of 5 for Section B and 2 questions out of 4 (?) for Section C but our papers were clipped wrongly so we saw the wrong question and did 3 questions for Section B and 3 questions for Section C instead. So, our extra one for Section C was canceled by our teacher and our 10 marks just *poof!* disappeared like that. OMGEEEEEEEE How can this happen to me?! Yesterday when I told Ding about this, apparently she said someone behind asked teacher about the pages but since Wendy and I were sitting in front, we didn't hear. Ish ish. =.=

Gotta go! Bye!

New Hobby

So, SYT is in Germany already. Her safety was proved when she posted a status in Facebook. Lol. SYT, take as many pictures as you can~! And bring back a few boyfriends ya. Kekeke. xD

And, everyone seems to be sick. Why is this happening? Lee is sick, Jye Yih is sick, my mum is sick and my sorethroat just won't wear off. I hate it. It has been days and I am beginning to wonder if there's something to do with the two ulsers in my mouth. Gah. I.HATE.SORETHROATS.

I found my new hobby, which is speaking English in high-standard-and-scientific-but-don't-know-if-it's-correct way. xD

For example :

Simple English : I am sweating.
My version : My sweat glands have the urge to perspire.

Simple English : I need to pee.
My version : My urinary bladder is going to release its contents soon. I need to go to the washroom.

Simple English : I am drinking.
My version : I can feel water going down my oesophagus and into my intestines. It's now in my urinary bladder. Wendy edited it, but....doesn't sound right. Lol. Wendy, I know you know what I mean. xD

I don't know why but I find it fun to talk like that. Had a great laugh talking this way today and I soon became drunk. Maybe Ding put some alcohol into my water bottle. 0.o My dear...

Going to skip school again on Thursday. That's the best thing to do on Earth. Oh well. xD I am going to study and study and........lastly, study on that day. *determined* Do you think I'll be able to do that? STUDY only? Nah, I don't think so. =)

Oh, btw, I think Matsujun's Natsu no Koi wa Nijiiro ni Kagayaku or in short/how everyone calls it, Natsuniji is quite an interesting drama. Currently at Episode 2. =D And Matsujun's acting is seriously hilarious. Yukai yukai~! His father's favourite phrase in the drama. ^^

Another Day Had Passed

Hmmm....Another day has passed huh?? It's scary and amazing at the same time how time flies so quickly.

Let's start with the Japanese Language Festival. It was a....how should I put it? Boring and interesting day at the same time at different times. Basically because we only got to chose 2 activities out of 9, and we ended up sitting in a row, listening to people practising choral speaking. That was seriously boring, you see. xD However, ikebana and furoshiki were enjoyable though. =)

Our end-product. (Wendy and I) We didn't think it was pretty but the teacher kept on praising ours. I am not boasting, yeah. Hehe. ^^ I don't see how it's attractive though. xD OH WELL. Different people different taste, I guess? Or to make this simple and straight forward, professionals and amateurs are people from different worlds. There you go. xD

Yan Ni and Gorilla's product.

With Ikebana teacher.

Next was Furoshiki.

This was one of the four ways of furoshiki she taught us. This was to wrap books.

With Furoshiki teacher and..... a helper, I guess?

After the festival, my family and I along with Auntie Lay Bee and Lee Yang went to Port Klang for seafood.

Kirei desu ne? xD

After that, we went home, of course. I tried on the free T-shirt we got. It looked okay to me at first but when I tried it on.... Ehem~! *coughcough*

It turned out like this :

Lol. You can barely see my shorts and my shorts are not that short, really. xD Lousy tongue twister.

Woops, it's really late now. I dozed off in the car just now on the way home and was going to bed already but my mum tempted me to use the computer and that explained why I am here, blogging in the middle of the night. xD Okay okay, good nights!

Midnight

Ahhh it's already 2 in the morning now. 0.o

So...Went to Mei Hui's orchestra today with Wendy, SYT, Low, Mian Ying and not to forget, Low's dad. One word to describe the orchestra. OHSHOME!!! (Awesome). I love the Encore part the most, where all of us clapped our hands together. It seriously made me feel like I am a part of the orchestra team, especially when the conductor directed for us to stop, and all of us stopped. Haha. How harmonious.. I was actually pretty shocked when people started shouting "ENCORE! ENCORE!". I didn't expect that in such a formal event. =) Mei Hui looked pretty to me. She looks elegant with dress and make-up on. And her sitting posture while playing the violin, so straight! I bet I would have suffered from severe backache if I were her. Lol.

Had a "great" time riding in Low's car as well. Being squeezed like sandwich by Low and Wendy. WTH? And I loved that roller coaster ride in the car, really. Thanks to Low's dad! ^^ Thank you so much for being so kind to fetch a bunch of kids there. xD And thanks for the sandwich as well and and and! The supper. =P I didn't expect to get home in the middle of the night though. Haha. That was kinda fun. xD

And yeah! My mum gave me a surprise present too, for getting the 3rd position in class. Never thought that was good enough though. 0.o Anyway, will post the picture up here tomorrow, MAYBE. xD

Will update more with pictures tomorrow. Stay tuned for the pictures guys! And sorry, I couldn't write much now because I am so freaking worn out. My eyes are soooooo red because of the contact lenses. My eyes are burning now. *screams* So good night, world!

Long Time No Babble

I think I am going to fall asick soon. I have sore throat now. SHOOT. =(

So, I skipped school yesterday. Wasn't planned earlier though. When I was drying up my hair, my mum suddenly came into my room and said, "I'm on leave today. Let's go to Mid Valley!" and I immediately replied, "Okay!" after checking on my timetable for Wednesday. Thought that all the subjects are useless except for Add Math and Modern Math. Basically because they have the most homeworks. Went to Mid Valley from 9 am to 7 pm. HOLY COW. My back and legs were aching like hell when I got home. Imagine attending tuition at 8.15 pm. =(

And....Still regarding the topic above.... My greatest daddy in the universe, Wendy Tan or Gravity Tan if you prefer, gave a ridiculously false information to the rest of Lyodts on why I was absent yesterday. I am so proud of you, Tan Pei Sin Wendy. Thought of honouring you by sms-ing you EARLY in the morning to inform you, but I ended up being thought that I went to the hospital because I had mata songsang. You have such a brilliant mind, don't ya? LOL. xD No wonder everyone was staring straight into my eyes when I reached school today. Gorilla was the first one to ask, "Shieh Er, you have mata songsang??" I was like, "WHUT?" Oh.... So that's what happened la..... *imagined herself stabbing Wendy in the heart* Wendy, no offence intended, I am in my babbling mode today. =)

So, orchestra on Saturday! Not to say VERY excited but not to say not excited AT ALL.. Since this is the first time I am attending such event, of course there's still slight elation in me. Try imagining if Hey! Say! JUMP is written on the ticket. LOL. Low and I had a great time imagining how I would respond if that ever happens. But OH WELL. I don't think it's ever gonna happen. Well, maybe 0.01%. *optimistic* Btw, Low, I won't be wearing high heels anymore so don't worry about taking pictures with me. You can tip-toe if you want to, though, since it's harmless. Haha.

And Friday's plan to watch Eclipse has been canceled huh? Utter disappointment, I must say. Not because I'll not be able to watch it but because I just have this feeling that every outing we plan seems to be a failure. A terrible one. Did anyone of you notice that every outing we plan beforehand will always be canceled whereas every outing planned abruptly will be a success? That's what's special about Lyodts. Haha. xD

Okay, I've already babbled a lot and I wonder why. I am so freaking sleepy but I felt like typing. Have not typed this much for such a long time already and since it's "holiday" tomorrow, I've planned to sleep late. And Wendy, I'll type Ibu dan Ceper and the-other-forgotten-the-name-cerpen's sinopsis out for you. Tomorrow, maybe. xD

So, buh bye world. Going to finish off my Eclipse now. Few more pages left. YESH! VICTORY! It's a big achivement to me, you see. xD

Nothing Better To Do

School's gonna reopen next week! BANZAI! I am dying of boredom at home. How I wish I have siblings. =( Woke up in the morning, finished watching Code Blue 1 OMG I NEED CODE BLUE 2!!, ironed the clothes, done MJ homework, bathed Poofie, bathed myself and washed my toilet. Fuhh! *wipes sweat*

Yamapi is super cool, I must say. He looks cool at every angle especially when he is thinking hard on how to save the patients. *fainted*

Doctor Heli engine start! Hehe. Being a doctor is creepy after all, but challenging. OH WELL. =)

Just finished rewatching Hey! Say! JUMP-ing Tour 08'-09' and is feeling very nostalgic. I got goosebumps throughout the whole concert and Ding, HG session. Lol. xD

So Wendy's house tomorrow? SYT says it's a Lyodts' first "outing". Haha. Sad to say, our first "outing" is to do that troublesome NIE project. How sad... =(

And Sunway Pyramid on Friday? What are we going to watch? Since Wendy has already watched Karate Kid, we might as well go for other movies.. Let's discuss tomorrow, shall we? ^^
